Over the years, the business landscape has changed and the needs of our customers have changed, during these times we have always tried to adapt and meet the needs of our customers. As the world and our country go through the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to let you know that your safety is very important to us and below we detail the safety and precautionary measures we have put in place:
Dealership in general:
Once the lockdown has ended, all our dealerships will be Deep Cleaned and Sanitized before opening. All our staff will be required to wear masks and in some cases, certain departments will have plastic shields. Sanitizer stations will be placed at certain points around the dealership.
Our Human Resources Department have put together COVID-19 safety measures for our staff. All security staff will have masks and will ask you to present your drivers’ license (without touching it) during the scanning process upon entry to our dealerships. All staff are required to wash their hands thoroughly with soap and running water for at least 20 seconds multiple times a day.
A strictly enforced stay-home policy for those who are sick has been implemented. All employees are encouraged to avoid contact with people who are sick, wherever possible - cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects and surfaces regularly.

- Controls for radio, voice control, cruise control, navigation

- All other hard surfaces that are commonly touched
We encourage customers to Drop & Go. Meet and Greet by your service advisor outside service reception at your vehicle. Our service managers, service advisors and drivers will be wearing gloves and masks. We will temporarily close off coffee stations/bistros to ensure safety for all customers.
